Necessary for better Swim practice
In a sport that's decided by hundredths of a second, what are you doing to help prepare for success and improvement?
Here are some recommendations for equipment I've used or endorse to train and help with swimming.
Goggles
Not All goggles are the same. Please make sure your swimmer is wearing proper competition google for swim meets and practices.

If they require adjusted goggles for their eyesight there are also brands that have prescriptive goggles.
Fins
(still needed everyday for practice)
-helps develop kicking muscle memory
-endurance
-flexibility
-underwater swimming
Speed fins for older kids(teenage and up) long fins(non scuba) recommended for beginners.
BEGINNERS (ages 5-10)
JR developmental fins

Paddles
:mainly for teenagers(11-up age group)
Help with pulling water for each swim strokes, makes for more efficiency when used properly.

Water bottles
Staying hydrated: As we move forward into morning swims make sure to stay hydrated early and often.
-Stay properly hydrated with water or another proper workout drink that will help you recover during your practice.
