Here are a few things to know for Saturday: 

Gates open at 6:45am Warm-ups at 7am All changes done by 7:30 Meet starts at 8 am. 

*Your team may set up on the east/women's locker room side of the pool. Inside and outside the black gates are fine. 

*There will be a full snack bar serving hot and cold breakfast and lunch items. We can take cash or do Venmo (coaches' meals will be provided).

*We run the Daktroinics system and do electronic scoring, so we don’t require any Score Table volunteers from your side. If you have any swimmer changes in the morning, please speak to the computer table as early as possible. 

*The shallow end of the pool is not to be used during competition. 

*Only leashed service dogs are allowed on campus. 

*I would appreciate an advance reminder to all timers that they cannot use their phones or engage in other activities while on shift. 

In addition, as per USA Swimming Safe Sport Guidelines there can be no filming of the athletes from behind the blocks (this includes cell phones, photographs, and film).
